Excellent service from Manuel and his team! They went out of their way to get me the price I wanted for my Kia Cadenza and were not pushy at all. They gave us all the time we needed to feel comfortable with out decision and put us at ease by answering all our questions and researching all of our options just so that we could get the best deal. It was discounts compounded on top of discounts because they really wanted to earn our business. They even put up with my three rowdy kids without even blinking an eye. Will continue to be life long customers of Glendale Kia!

We went to this location knowing that they had great reviews and also with the intention to buy a new van for our family. No one pressured us or forced us into it , a gentleman approached once we looked at him his name is Hobie and showed incredible customer service by letting us see the cars that we wanted to buy or lease , once we had decided what we wanted , he got it ready so we could drive it and it was a great drive . After all that we told him that we wanted to talk numbers and payment options . It was a good process because at first we didn't qualify alone but he looked for ways to help us , giving us options and making sure that we got the car we Wanted. Also when it came to the down payment he worked with us , we offered a certain amount and when financing came back with offers he insisted on staying on the amount we offered that he would have financing work with us so we didn't have to give more down payment . After a few hours he got us the deal we wanted and we left with a brand new car. Thank you car pros of Glendale and thank you Hobie ..

Nick is awesome! This is my 2nd Kia lease, we also leased one for my wife and one for my dad. Always professional cordial, knowledgeable and very friendly. Nick has gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs and has provided nothing short of excellent service. Also a shout out to Andy as well. Great team of salesmen at Car pros Glendale. Thank you.

Loved this place. Vivian gave me a great service with purchasing my vehicle. Made everything seem so easy and was out of there so fast and with a new car. Thank you! I highly recommend this place.
