Stopped in on a lark while I was shopping for a BMW 5 Series at a dealership down the street. A very pleasant sales person (Will) educated me about the new Genesis models. Loved the looks of them. After test driving the 2018 G80 3.3t AWD I was blown away. Handles like a dream, packed with every conceivable option and powered like a rocket ship. I surprised myself and decided to see about purchasing the Genesis instead of the BMW. Spoke with the new owner (Mr. Park) to discuss prices. He was pleasant, extremely professional and completely transparent. What a pleasure to encounter a no BS dealership. After being offered an excellent deal, I drove off with a big grin and great car.

Glendale Hyundai took excellent care and patience with me during the entire transaction. Pamela was a fun and friendly salesperson who made the experience enjoyable. Jae, the owner, is fair and extremely approachable as well. Overall great place, and would definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful experience during the sales process. It was a holiday weekend, so it was super busy at this dealer.  Loved Alex and Pamela and the first gentleman that took us on the test drive of a 2015 Jeep Renegade, which I bought. Abel handled the paperwork and I signed the agreement on the desk computor screen.  After I reviewed the contract a few days later,  I saw a 499.00 charge for vehicle accessories, which I hadn't purchased.  After a couple of phone calls, they found the error and Abel called to let me know they had made a mistake and was going to credit me back the 499.00,  I have to admit I have a bit of a distrust of car dealers and I was so very pleased that they apologized and took care of it. So:  Great price (I drove from OC to get a good deal), super nice, fun, professionals and a business with integrity.   I would give them 5 stars but I'm a tough grader!

I went there to get a 30k mile for my 2016 Hyundai Elantra.  The service cost me around $680.   Then I had to buy two new tires which ran me another $240.  The work was done on the same day (it was a Monday) and I didn't even make an appointment.  They drove me back to my home in DTLA and picked me up the next day when I had some time to pick it up.  They did say they were going to wash it and that didn't happen.  Overall it was a good experience.

I took my Sonata in for a 15,000 maintenance check. Mike in the Service Dept. is the best. 
He was patient, friendly, and attentive.
