Our family had been waiting close to three years for the right family car.  We went on countless test drives during that time searching for that perfect one.  Then on a sunny Friday morning our paths crossed and we were blessed to do business with Ralph Hayes.  From the first "hello" to the goodbye wave the process was literally pain free.  No pressure, no games, just straightforward and genuine.  I don't know what kind of culture Ralph Hayes has going on there but I mean you can tell in the minute details.  The smiles from every staff member you encounter, to the attentiveness of those who assist along the way, to even the cleanliness of the restroom.  It was just great, just a great experience.  Our salesman Dave was super, five stars!  This coming from a lady who is extremely "particular" about things... love our new family car.  Honestly it was God's doing.  An answered prayer, no doubt.  It was worth the wait.

My wife and I are repeat customers with Ralph Hayes Toyota. We first bought when we lived in NC and when it came time for our next Toyota we connected with Jimmy Dochney of Ralph Hayes again! Since NC we have moved to Virginia and we still considered Ralph Hayes Toyota the place to go for our next vehicle. Jimmy treated us really well and the deal was better than we could have hoped for back home. So we did our road trip to good ole SC and we're glad we did! If we can go across 3 states to get to Ralph Hayes Toyota and come back now twice, you should give them a chance and shop Ralph Hayes Toyota too!

Ralph Hayes Toyota blows the other Toyota dealerships in the upstate out of the water! From their selection and prices to the unbeatable customer service they provide, they're the only dealership I'll ever consider for my Toyota purchases/services. Jimmy is by far the most professional and personable sales manager I've ever had the pleasure to interact with and he is the main reason I made the decision to purchase my tundra. In conclusion, Ralph Hayes Toyota of Anderson is and will continue to be my recommended Toyota dealership.

Highly recommend Ralph Hayes Toyota.  Zack and Tim were excellent to deal with, and always promptly responded to calls and texts.  Drove 8 hours to purchase from them and would do so again!

Jacob Southerland was very good to work with. We told him what we wanted and he was able to get it and gave us a great deal. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and we were driving our new truck home within an hour. Thank you!
