Purchased a lovely used Jeep from Katie at Piedmont Honda.  She was so knowledgeable of the inventory and patient while I looked at a variety of options to decide what was perfect for me! I scheduled appointments to look at then pick up my vehicle, which made fitting the care buying experience easier to fit into my busy schedule.  The car was clean, and completely ready to go on pick up, and she explained how to use its many features!  She also invited me to call or come back in if I ever have any questions!

Pretty typical dealership with very high prices and cut corners at every chance. Was made to wait over 6 hrs for a car that was driven from out of state. Of course was never told about this, and feel it was most certainly at best bait and switch, and at worse devious sales practice that should be investigated. I'm happy for the dealership for all their 5 star reviews, bit realize that they stress over and over that any less than a 5 star review is considered a failure to the bosses. Well, sorry, but that was not my experience.

Came to SC for the holidays and my Honda needed the oil changed after the traveling. Brought it here. Arrived at 830 and I was met at the door for service. That was quick service :). However at 10 we are still sitting here. Being close to the holidays I understand people are bringing gifts but the whole floor stopped what they were doing and had a snack. There was only standing room in the lobby by this point looked like almost every bay was full. My car sat in the air untouched for the better part of 15 minutes. Frustrating to watch since my time is just as valuable. I’m currently sitting here watching my finished car sit in the bay as the tech finishes his snack. Not cool. Also they tried to add in an alignment when I didn’t ask for one. Came and told me what the charges would be..I said no..I didn’t want that. $70 dollar charge for something I had done on the last oil change. No thanks.  I’ll go to my home dealership from now on.

We found just the car we were looking for at Piedmont Honda .  Mike Ashcraft, our salesperson, took excellent care of us and  addressed all our specific needs. He went the extra mile for us as well as Stewart the sales manager. Great service! I highly recommend Piedmont Honda.

Katie did an awesome job at getting me a 2017 Honda Civic. She answered all questions that we had and made sure I was comfortable with my car before I left. I would recommend Katie to anyone. She has a very sweet personality and very confident in her job. Thank you Katie.
