My boyfriend needed to upgrade his ride, and by far, Nissan of Irvine gave us the best guest experience out of all the dealers we went to. Ken Yates made the process super easy and he was real with us throughout our time there. You can really tell he cares about his customers and he isn't trying to pull a fast one on you. Very informative, and he didn't rush us or guilt trip us when we said we wanted to shop around a little longer! Miguel and Steve were also super helpful as well. Thank you guys!

After going to over 7 locations I decided to come here. Manny set us up and told us what car it would be and what it would have then he brought us to Adrian. After talking with Adrian, he made a great deal on buying my first vehicle. His customer service made me feel very comfortable and I will definitely work with him again. Definitely recommended to come her especially for a first car.

Maintenance completed professionally enough but I had a problem picking the car up - I was not acknowledged and then the man behind me got his car right away along with detailed explanation of his service. I (female with daughter in tow) was completely ignored by service dept. although the cashier took my money! Also no service reminders, no courtesy car available and service took a long time despite booking ahead. As long term customer, I was not impressed with new management.
