Best experience ever!!!! Ask for EDDIE, he was not pushy at all. Made me feel super comfortable and got me the deal of the year. I came with a budget in mind and not only did he meet it but went under it and got me an unbelievable price on my car. Love this place. Coming back again very soon.

They didn't want me to buy a Jeep from them. After getting a quote and speaking to someone I drove down to the dealership. They looked around for the car and after 30 minutes came back and told me it was at a photo shoot. Salesman said he would text me as soon as the Jeep came back. He didn't even offer to show me another. Got a text instead saying they sold it to someone else sight unseen. They didn't offer that to me. Nor did they have another Jeep with the same package. Went to Huntington Beach instead the next day and received great service, better selection and a better price.

I dropped my 2017 Dodge Ram rebel off for its first oil change at Irvine tuttleclick.The staff was very polite friendly and prompt. They were able to get my oil changed quickly and got me back on the road. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family.

star experience.  It was a pleasure buying a car from this dealership. I have bought a lot of cars over my lifetime and this was one of the easiest experiences I have had.

I had the brakes flushed.  My brake pedal was less firm after their flush.  I texted them this information, but got no response.  I had a fuel tube replaced on my diesel engine, as well.  A result of the fuel tube failure was my glow plug light came on.  After the repair, it was still on.  I asked about it and the service writer didn't seem to know anything.  It went off after a few hours of driving, but it would have been nice to have a heads up from them about the light still being on, but would probably go off.  They also initially gave me an estimate for another repair with a part that would cost $50.  A few days later they call me back and say they made a mistake.  The part is $550!  Not to good for a labor rate of $160 per hour.
