If you wanted to get a good lease deal then this is the right place. Awesome customer service and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend to ask for Mike Khartabil he is very knowledgeable, doesn't apply pressure on his customers and very supportive. I am very happy and satisfied with the deal I got. I had stumbled upon of dodge caravan online. And David Martinez was the one who contacted me. From that point on he gave us his undivided attention. We told him what we wanted and price and he did that. We felt no pressure to buy something. He genuinely was looking out for our best intrest. And that meant a lot. We will be going to David for all our future cars. We are one happy customer.

I bought a Kia Soul from Kia Of Irvine and the entire process was first class.. My salesperson was Troy Fields was the most honest, knowledgeable ,and personable auto salesman we have ever worked with over many years. The car was delivered exactly as promised.  addition to the things that Troy went over with me he wanted to make sure things were well explained and that I felt comfortable leaving the dealership. I was there yesterday to buy a car! Everyone was nice and friendly. Rabi Chehade was my salesman. He was so nice and helpful. He made this experience go nice and peaceful for me! Not only do I give him 5 ⛤ I give him 2 👍👍 I'd also like to mention Sammy in financing. He was great too! So happy with my time there! Thank you very much!

I purchased a 2018 Kia Optima S model. White with black interior. They had a large inventory on the lot. It was nice to find exactly what I wanted without having to wait for a dealership trade. The sales staff was friendly but typical pressure sale. I was looking to pay cash and wasn't ready to purchase that particular day but came back a week later. I was hoping to have a clear breakdown of cost and options to review, however I was given a paper with random numbers handwritten all over it. Why do salespeople always do this? Also, they wouldn't let me take the paper or make me a copy of it. Weird. When I came back a week later to purchase I had to start all over again, even had to do a second credit check.

Anyway we came to a reasonable price and I was happy to get my new car. A bit annoying that I had to finance a small part of the car just to get the Kia cash rebate but we'll be paying it off right away.

The tint on the car was scratched and bubbled (didn't notice at first) but they fixed it a few days after I drove off the lot. 

Overall, nice dealership. Decent sales staff. Hoping my new Kia will last as long as my old Toyota Corolla lasted (12 years).
