I could not have invented a better experience. The staff orchestrated a quick (I wanted to get home catch the conference championship games), but simultaneously thorough process. Jon offered me an array of solid options at every phase; from selection, to configuring the elective options, to working out the financing. I know I made the right call picking Norm Reeves VW.

My new GTI rocks, and am grateful to Mike Gainer for his superb job selling it. I was done in about three hours, everyone was on top of their game, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I was dreading what I imagined to be a huge hassle, but three hours went by quickly. They answered all my questions with a combination of good humor and thoroughness. Many thanks!

Leased a 2017 Jetta from here a few days ago. Robert Yang assisted me on the buy. I went to 5 dealerships since moving to California and none were as professional and knowledgable as the staff at the Volkswagen dealership. They weren't pushy or sleezy; truly a group of professionals. I would 100% recommend asking for Robert Yang if you ever go to purchase a car from here. He knew all the features and specs of each car off the top of his head. (I even double checked a few things. He was right!) All in all I had a really good car buying experience

This place is a scam. I was there around 11:40 to fix the lamp on my car. They told me it will take 20 mins and cost 40 bucks. It is until 1pm that they told me the lamp is special and I have to pay $270 and it will be another 20min. So I end up getting my car at 1:45 and paid 7 times what their quote were. What a joke. Will never use them.

I have no input on their car sales department, but the service department is a racket. They broke a part on my car while trying to fix my ac. They blamed it on corrosion. That's a really long explanation that I will spare you, but it's 100% aluminum and requires two wrenches to disassemble. I got the part back and it was clear to me the mechanic used one wrench and broke the part. I was charged $600 to replace the part they broke. I requested a couple of times for the service manager to call me, he never did. Long story shorter, I went to this place 3 times for service, all three times was a strike. None of which they responded to when given the opportunity. As a side note, I waited in the dealer a couple of those times and overheard a few customers get the same hose down. One of them got a $4000 bill. Crazy. I recommend Garden Grive for service, those guys really took care of me and my car. In fact, every time I have been to Garden Grove, the final bill is less than what I agreed to pay. Quite the opposite of Norm. The only reason I went here, it is close to my office. Learned my lesson, worth the drive to go where folks actually take care of you. Just my experiences, you may have a different one.
