2 stars because it took them 30 mins to help me when I came in. No one was at their desks up front. Finally got Brandon to help me and was interrupted with other issues while I talked to him about why I came in for an AC not getting cold and a noise in the front suspension. They were able to fix the AC which was great and not able to tell me what the noise was. He called and stayed on top of the job which was good. Went to pick up the van and it was much dirtier than when I brought it in. Looks like someone turned on the wipers on accident. Windshield all smudged. Then I get in it and there is dirty boot prints on the passenger floor mat. For 2 hr job and $400 later would have been nice to get it cleaned and would of made me feel like they valued my service more. Hopefully I do not have to go back in there. Every time I've been in there it's always something with them. Super big pain in the ass and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I would never in a million years treat a client of my own that way.

I purchased my car from Patrick and have been so happy with Tuttle-Click and my new Ford Fusion! Patrick always makes sure that I am well taken care of even after my purchase and is just generally an awesome person. Sam in Service has always been very helpful and wonderful to work with. These two and everyone else (but these two in particular!) Always go above and beyond to make sure I'm happy and I truly appreciate it. It has made my first new car experience better than I could have even imagined!

John fleet service manager is really outstanding. He takes great care of my Super Duty F 250 diesel. I won't let anyone else touch my truck. What a great resource for Ford diesel truck owners. And the rest of the staff at Tuttle click are so helpful. Top drawer all around.

I have brought my car here multiple times for the same issue, but no one could ever duplicate the problem. Finally, the issue was very apparent so I brought it in the last week of January. After the service writer confirmed the grinding noise in the transmission, he wrote it up and assured me they would fix it. I was very excited because I had been dealing with this issue since the day I bought the car. I waited for a month and a half until I contacted them regarding the status of my car. I was told their technician kept getting pulled off to work on other cars. I tried to be understanding about it and told him that is fine, as long as I get it back before the 17th of March. After calling a few more times, I was told it would be done “this weekend”. Finally, I went into the shop because I had been getting blown off on the phone and decided to check the status of my car. He told me he just pulled it in and was working on it. I said ok and left. I called later that day and spoke with a different service writer who told me the car hasn’t even been in the shop yet after two months of being there! I was furious because I was way more patient than I should have been AND I never asked for a rental car. I didn’t even bother them for the first month and a half! I decided to go pick up my car and never deal with them again. I have never had such bad customer service in my life.

The service at this dealership is exemplary. I have been dealing with Craig Whitacre and have nothing but great experience with him. Craig always goes out of his way and always goes the extra mile. Craig is responsible for one of my very rare 5 Star reviews.
