I ended up purchasing a car closer to my proximity, but Kelly and Anthony were both very helpful in giving me information as well as respecting when I chose to shop elsewhere. They did try to make it work out for me, but unfortunately I couldn’t see myself driving two to two and a half hours for any repairs I would need. They worked with my credit union as well to give me a final price after tax, title, and license. I wish them the best even if we ended on different notes.

Went above and beyond for a simple repair.  Wasn't pushy, and was pretty transparent.  One guy there didn't look too happy when I asked, but they still honored a specific request I made regarding my repair work.  I would choose them again.  
    I chose them because it looks like the manager actually cares about getting good reviews. I've looked over their historic Google reviews, and they seem to be consistently getting better.   If the manager cares about good reviews, he cares about doing what it takes to get them.  Glad to see that.

The guys that worked on my Jeep for me were amazing and I had no problems with them. Though I did have an issue with how they were treated by a staff member at the front desk at check in, with the remarks he made about the workers in front of the customers and the treatment he gave the workers in front of the customers. I feel it was unprofessional and it made me feel very uncomfortable about how he treated them and the remarks he made about them. If anyone was unprofessional that day on my very first visit there to get my Jeep worked on, it was him. If he would put more effort into praising the workers instead of putting them down, it would be a more pleasant place to come back to. If I worked there, I definitely would hate my job by the treatment I saw them get by Brendan Libbey. I felt he had no right to treat them the way he did and he wasn't the one out there busting his butt working on the vehicles. Rather than that, my Jeep got fixed by some amazing mechanics and I really appreciate the job they did on my Jeep! Thank you so much to the mechanics and the job that they do on the vehicles!!!

Hands down the BEST customer service experience when searching for a vehicle. Barry won us over by not being pushy. The Team treated our youngest boys with patience and included them in the conversations. We walked in thinking we were going to stop at a few other dealers and left with a new truck same day. No need to shop around - call Barry! I understand the "sales" aspect but felt like they genuinely cared and listened! You don't find that customer service just anywhere. Job well done guys!

Very pleasant, helpful and worked with me to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted at the price I needed. Brett is an excellent salesman being knowledgable with all our questions and concerns. I trust in them and would recommend them to purchase a quality vehicle at a great price.
