i was sentenced to this place when i was a child, what happened to me in there has scarred me for life. Please do not send your children here.

I am being extremely generous in giving 2  stars, and the reason is only this, I know my daughter is not out running wild like she was ,being an extremely rebellious 15 Year old (that is my own payback )...other than THAT,this place is as any state/government 
Run and owned facility ..They hire any old  Joe or Jane ... The staff Has proven themselves to be lazy,negligent and unprofessional.from the nurse to even my kids counselor.  Their patients medical needs,my child included, have gone unattended , phone calls from counselor never returned , then when we finally can catch her she is beyond rude and unprofessional to the point I've wondered if she herself is not high on something..  i do feel if nothing else, my baby will have learned that home isn't so bad after all, after months in the presence of these quack job morons.

Horrible place. Everytime I've ever called for anything I get someone that's extremely rude, unprofessional, and of no help at all. Today I called and asked who i was speaking with and the extremely rude lady said the operator and transfered me in the middle of me talking to the wrong department. Which also answered rude and unprofessional and transfered me back to the rude operator who then tranfered me to a work hot line machine. I mean seriously. Who owns this place? And what are your expectations from your lazy staff? When are you going to step in and do something about your business?Based on the reviews no one is ever stating wonderful things from here. That has to say something. Poor patients. I think your empliyees are taking your patients meds.
