Went to the ER to see my grandmother, she's 83. There's a security officer along with an admissions lady sitting at a desk as soon as you walk in. I go to her ask to see my grandmother she then instructs me to speak with him. He asks me her name, then tell me because sh'e not in a room I can't see her and have me wait in the waiting area. I waited for an hour and a half and had to leave (i had to go to work). I then called several hours later to check on her and was told that she was discharged. I then asked if it was something new to where you can't see the patient if their not in a room and was told no, you could've went back. Frustrated, I called to spoke to the switchboard and the lady was rude as hell. The worst customer service ever!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The visit I had was rushed and lacked efficiency. Car accident in January fast forward to June, attorney office request medical records and payment given; cause they won't give you anything without being paid first. It is now October and I have no records! I called two weeks ago and was promised they would be sent out and call back later in week for tracking number. I call back and wow! I'm sorry they haven't been sent out. I asked for a supervisor and get transferred. This lady says sorry it was mistake and there's nothing she can say except not everyone knows what they're doing. She guarantees me the records will be sent out Monday 10/9/17 and call in Wednesday for the tracking number. I called today and the first guy I spoke with says sorry they haven't been sent out, it's waiting for sign off to process. I request a supervisor and now she says oh they were mailed yesterday and provides me a tracking number. Currently I can't see anything regarding the progress of this package but I know it can take 48 hours to update. The fact that this is impacting my credit is ridiculous. This accident put me behind and I've been playing catch up ever since. I don't understand how you can continue to say oh sorry it'll be taken care of. I can't imagine such inefficiency in a hospital! Is this the care you give your patients?! Oh wait. It is I remember from the visits I've had. These damn documents had better be on their way and there should be a return credit for having to wait over 3 months!

We were going to authorize the doctor to remove life support. Nobody knew if Doyle Ainsworth wanted to be an organ donor. All we needed was his drivers license to see if he was an organ donor. Security refused to give us Doyle's possessions. They sent us on a wild goose chase where elderly siblings walked all over the courthouse looking for any way to get authorization from the court. This is not possible. Doyle's organs we're not donated because security wanted to keep his property. He died Friday night. If you need an organ, call security.

Today I'm here and they're calling everybody that came in after me. I'm hurting just like they are but I don't think it's that I really believe it's the color of my skin. I should have went to Harris Southwest they're better than Harris Downtown because the one downtown I think they're prejudice.

I walked into this hospital to visit my aunt, and literally felt my jaw drop at the amazing concept that is the hospitals interior! Even now I can barley begin to explain how beautiful this place is (it looks nothing like my version of a hospital.) The best part however was how happy my aunt was with the care she received at this facility. Every staff member she encountered treated her with the utmost respect and made her health their primary concern. I come from New Jersey, so I'm used to hospitals with cheap seats, and claustrophobic floor plans. I've never seen a hospital with leather chairs, fireplaces, escalators, and high ceilings that could make most churches envious. As if that interior isn't amazing enough there is also a gym with floor-to-ceiling glass, stunning gardens, fountains, lighted ceiling ornaments (shaped like giant gleaming birds), and wall murals. The hospital gift shop stocks an array of items that would make the perfect gift. Including an entire display of small tokens (animal shaped or coins), that can serve as good luck charms (they can certainly help to lift your loved ones spirit). Even the bathrooms in the lobby are massive in comparison. I'm not used to hospital restrooms that accommodate more than a single person (nearly every bathroom in our hospitals are single patron only). My mother was in one of the nicer hospitals NJ had to offer a few years ago (Morristown Medical Center), and that hospital doesn't even begin to compare. On a scale of 1-10 compared to the hospitals in my state. I can honestly claim this hospital is a 20 (it's literally that nice!)
