Was charged more for a one hour wait, a single xray, a single asparin and a poorly photocopied list of ortho surgeons, than I was for the surgery with general anesthesia to pin and cast a broken hand.  WITH bcbsok insurance. Lame.  I'll bleed out or drive to Denton before ever seeking treatment here again.

Worst hospital experience I've ever had. Wife was having chest pains and shortness of breath. Went to the ER. After doing some tests, Dr White came in and proceeded to lecture my wife about smoking to the point she was in tears and started hyperventilating. They did NOTHING about her chest pains. They sent her home still suffering with a prescription for an acid reflux medicine. Yes, a medicine that has nothing to do with her symptoms. We're new to the area, and everyone has told us this hospital is a joke. We thought surely it can't be that bad. Turns out it's worse. I wouldn't let Dr White take care of my dog. I will never, ever go back to this place. We'll drive to Denton from here on. To anyone working there, you should start putting in apps elsewhere, because there's no way this place will be around much longer.

Edit: I posted on their facebook page and they deleted it. I wondered why in the last 6 yrs that they've had a facebook page there is only one visitor post, praising them. And it's by someone affiliated with the hospital. Fairly telling.

Not helpful. Worst experience I've ever had. Dr. White in the ER worst doctor I've ever encountered.  Never going back. This ER is a joke. Left feeling worse than I did when I got there.

I would have given them 0 stars if possible. Stopped receiving statements and heard nothing about my balance for 8 months. Called and emailed several people several times. Finally today was told they switched billing systems. I told them they might want to check their new billing system if they want to get paid. Got my balance and an address to mail payments to. They wouldn't respond to BBB either.
