We purchased a used kia two days ago from Joe, a wonderful and personable salesperson! We had a great experience- no pressure, easy communication, food and drink for children, etc. Joe and the others were very kind and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and, equally important, transparent. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better experience, honestly. And the vehicles are practically new, with low miles and clean interior/exterior, at a much lower cost. I would recommend this business and ask for Joe G.! Don't let the car buying experience leave you displeased!

To the Regal Family.  Chrissy Hartman is the kindest and most helpful when I am due in for a service.  She goes above and beyond to be helpful and caring for what my needs are. I want to thank her for everything she does for me and my RDX.

Very disappointed in this place. Drove 30+ minutes over here for a specific vehicle that was on their website. While driving over, we called and verified that the vehicle was still there (used the VIN & everything to be specific) and was assured multiple times that it was there. When we arrive, the place is so busy, people are lined up all over and it's a madhouse. We find someone and get their attention. They tell us the vehicle sold earlier that day. Disgusted, we just left. Lie on the phone? Never will visit again.

Service department is great. A bit of a wait but worth it. I highly recommend Chuck, Shawn, and Doug of you're getting Honda service.

Do not buy extended warranty here. When you need it, it cover only certain thing. But when they wanna sale it, they said it covered the same as the warranty the offer. No more buying car with them as well.
