I've eaten at all three Over Easy locations in Colorado Springs. Altogether, I've eaten at Over Easy about a dozen times. Each location is mostly consistent in quality of food and service--which is to say that I've had a positive experience every time I've eaten here. They have the best Eggs Benedict in town and I've yet to have something off of their menu that I didn't like. Be forewarned that weekend mornings can be extremely busy and there can be over an hour long wait at peak times.

Awesome food and great drinks. Super friendly service too. Had the blue crab benedict and it was phenomenal. Already want to go back! Apparently the wait times on the weekend are an hour plus and you can't make reservations but worth the wait. I went on a Tuesday and got right in and sat at the bar.

Good service. Good food for a good price. Probably one of the better breakfast places we've been.

Expect a wait if you go on the weekend. We went on a Saturday during a snow storm and there was still a wait.

I went to Over Easy for my 17th birthday earlier this month. It had been my first time. Kara was our waitress and she made my birthday so sweet. You can tell she loves her job! The manager welcomed us with open arms too and made my birthday the best one yet. Not to mention they have the best biscuits and gravy on the planet!!

the menu is very simple but creative. Our breakfast was very tasty and the food was fresh. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy, all of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The coffee was very good also.
