Never saw such lax sales staff. Asked for kindle, first rep near cell phones pointed me to the back of the store, "near fire sticks" and didn't stop talking to a female. In the back of the store a rep pointed me towards the back right of the store. Never found what I was looking. As I exited the rep at the door was also chatting. Never saw a best buy like that. Even the magnolia room, i  notice 3 staff chatting.

Great place to shop I bought a laptop and had my car stereo installed there that I also purchased from best buy...the guy installing my stereo knows exactly what he's doing but u have to go to the same one I went too which I forget his name but he's short with short hair and skinny, nice guy!!! The guy that helped me purchase my laptop was also very helpful and nice the transaction went very smooth but I went there to buy a Nintendo Switch I stopped one of the workers in that department and asked him a question and he looked at me like I was a low life and as he answered my question he was walking away at the same time and gave me an attitude like I was wasting his time...little does he know that he just lost a sale on a Nintendo Switch bc I walked out and went to Wal-Mart and purchased it there instead!!! So I guess it depends on who u get to help u!!!

Ordered a laptop online for pick up. Got there early and they still were able to help. The one man searched far and wide, i thought for sure they didnt have it (it was the last one and a great price) a 14inch hp chrome book for $170. Well the guy didnt stop looking until he found it! I was so happy and bought a mouse and pad for under$14!!

Very nice people helpful but when it comes to returning items sometimes the store policy can be very stringent.
