I have been a long time customer with VIP all over in the State of Maine and am now in Westbrook location. VIP customer service In Westbrook is something I greatly appreciate always and the service I receive is worth the money spent. They are really professionals, detail oriented with my vehicle, full of integrity, employees are knowledgeable, and definitely I feel safe on the road when the work is complete. It would be nice for VIP to expand more and for me to complete my day with CAR-WASH/CAR VACUUM service. Thank you VIP over all and I I will continue to comeback.

Rob and the Team at VIP, Westbrook are great!  I bring 3 different cars into them ~ my own and my two daughters.  Have purchased tires and had various mechanical work done here, always treated with courtesy & professionalism.

This place is the best place in the world! They've been so good to me here. I always have an amazing experience here. The employees are all wonderful people & they're very good to their customers. I will never go anywhere else for service. THANKS VIP!! ❤❤❤

I've come to this location a handful of times, and consistently the service here is exceptional. I'm always treated with respect and a good sense of humor. The team is knowledgeable and helpful in identifying your needs. I usually come here for oil changes because they have a good rate for synthetic oil. Would recommend to other people looking for light service on their vehicles.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The concept of having a parts store in the same building as the repair shop is misleading. #1 you don't get a deal on the parts when you get your car fixed. In fact, they charge up to triple the amount you would pay for the part from the same store. #2 most places install batteries etc for cheap or even free for buying their product. NOT here. They tend to over exaggerate labor costs and charge for everything.  The only and I mean only advantage of having a parts store in the same building in they can get the part quicker if in stock. Bottom line: you will get nice and friendly customer service but expect a huge bill at the end.
