If you are looking for a drill sergeant type of trainer, this is not the place for you. Silver Strong has a unique style of tailoring the program for you.   The best way I can describe the experience is, I don’t feel like I am out of shape and embarrassed because I can’t do what I did 30 years ago.  Now I feel like I’m exercising with a friend who happens to be a trainer.  The conversation while we exercise is light and the exercises are fun and individualized to meet my needs. I went from exercising as a chore to looking forward to it.  I started as a once a week client, to now three times a week and wish I could do more.  I have recommended Silver Strong to three friends and all three have become clients and love it as much as I do (and each of us have different goals and Silver Strong has developed distinctive exercise programs not done by the others).  I am so impressed by their knack for knowing when to push (more like a nudge) and when to go easy.  There is no pressure to join, no long term contracts.  The only down side for trying one session with Silver Strong is the sad feeling that you will get…..wishing you had met them earlier.

I have been  working out with Carolina Romero of Silver Strong Fitness  for four months.  As an avid golfer I'm happy to say I gained back the yards I have lost over the last few years. The workouts are hard but fun. If you  serious about improving your golf game and general fitness I highly recommend Carolina and Silver Stong Fitness.

Carolina is truly amazing! She not only knows so much about physical fitness but customizes the work outs to your concerns, needs and ability -always with visible results- And, she makes it so much fun with her wonderful personality and many varied tools! I highly recommend her to people of all ages and abilities with all levels of  fitness goals!!!!

I have been using SILVER STRONG for 2 years now.  I can honestly say I have lowered my golf handicap substantially because of SS.  I am more flexible, feel rejuvenated, and actually enjoy my workouts.  I highly recommend SILVER STRONG.  The results are mind blowing!

I am the least likely person to work with a professional trainer. I don't like working out. At 52 years old,  I have had many gym memberships over the years that I used once or twice and then quit.  All that changed after a friend recommended I try one session with Chris Skillen.  As he said, "what do you have to lose?"That was over 10 months ago, I now see Chris 3 times a week.  He keeps the workouts fresh, keeps me focused and I'm never bored. Chris is excellent at tailoring the workout to your needs.  He has helped me lose weight, given great nutritional guidance and as a result I have never felt better. I highly recommend Chris Skillen and Silver Strong Fitness.
