Great bike shop and super helpful and friendly staff! I was considering buying an e-bike for a long time. I visited this shop on several occasions and talked with Todd and other staff many times. They were so knowledgeable and patient. I ended up trying 3 different bikes and finally brought home a City Commuter. The shop truly provides an end to end experience, whether you are just curious to try a bike for a test ride, to rent for a day, or to take one home. They didn't leave any detail unchecked and I couldn't be happier with my new everyday Pedego bike!

Incredible service.  Like having a knowledgeable relative coming with you to make the best choices.  Since this is a huge investment, that is a critical factor for me.  So worthwhile to have a local shop that you will be working with in this type of purchase.

They are even going to spray paint my fenders for me, since the color choices for my wheel size were more limited.

Don’t forget to do some test rides one your main choices.

Extremely knowledgeable staff, very friendly and welcoming. My dad is in the market for a new bike for commuting and Troy really took a ton of time to explain the product, walk him through the line, and get him on a few models for test rides.
