Great food service varies but is generally good. Can be crowded on  Fridays. Near to Penn station so great place to hang while waiting for the train or bolt bus which is a block away.

It's a nice restaurant, that has an air of an upscale place but feels casual at the same time. Large menu for beer and wine and has an elegant bar in the main eating area. While it took a little while for us to get our food, the staff was very attentive without being overbearing. I've been here twice, and have no complaints.

While it is a nice restaurant and we had good service, I am not a fan of their hamburger. I was expecting a regular old pub burger but it came with some green foamy condiment (?) and the bun was not very tasty.

The place is very warm and cozy, and like other reviews say, upscale while being casual at the same time. We ordered the steamed buns, mushroom flatbread, the hummus small plate, and pretzel bread pudding. Of all those things, only the flatbread knocked our socks off. The bread pudding was the most underwhelming dessert I have ever eaten. Maybe I just ordered the wrong things, but that's not how it works, is it?

Did not food, steak was not cooked the way ibwanyed it.   Bread pudding was hard.
