Very nice staff, sandwich was delicious, ingredients were fresh, prep area was clean and stocked up. Entire store was immaculate! Will be back again!
Everything went well today. Line was a little long, but they got through it quickly. I got two sandwiches to go and both were made correctly. Ingredients were good and food was tasty.

Had placed a mobile order for 3 subs and all 3 were wrong, called in and the manger said to come on back and get 3 new ones. By the time I got back to the store all 3 subs were made correctly and ready for me! I appreciate the staff correcting their error and making it up. The manger on staff though, talking down to employees and not treating them with respect really is the reason for the 2 stars
It was good, and they have good customer service and that care it's hard to find this in 2022 the pandemic hit us all ... Sene Grill is dope...for there
I always enjoy coming here. They staff is very pleasant. Although hearing the owner being disrespectful to his staff in front of customers definitely not good customer service. No one wants to hear someone getting put down.

I visited many subway stores was always happy . Yesterday i went to this store , there were three girls at closing time around 8 pm . They were so busy in their conversation , not attending me moreover making faces . She didnt ask me about dressings and was in a hurry . They were using abusive words in their conversation . I found it so unprofessional . I was very disappointed with the food prepared and their dealing . I will never ever go to that store . Moreover there was no name tag on that black girl who was serving me .
Okay the food is good the only bad thing they had is that they don't have enough people to work with it's crazy that on launch time you only have two people and the whole restaurant like at least you need three people because two they will be making sandwiches and one that will be like cashier or something cuz as a worker I only have 40 minutes or 30 minutes for lunch and we want to get there in like be in and out in two people it's not enough honestly I'm just a customer and I'm just trying to let you know that if you have three people or four you will have more business because what we want or places like this we want fast service and then if you if you are able to do fast service you will have no more customers but if you have if you get the bad reputation that is going to take forever nobody's going to go there anymore it's not about the food it's about the service you got good service good food everybody will go there and it's healthy to that's what we go there so it's just a lot healthier than McDonald's and all the fry food stuff so I hope you guys pick it up keep up you could work
