It's a nice showroom, but the experience ends there. We placed an order for furniture at the end of November 2017 and it was promised to be delivered by December 23rd. It's now February 4th and they're still no furniture. It turns out the material we ordered was on backorder at the factory, but there has been zero communication from Grand. They simply said it's not their fault. I guess once they make a sale and collect they're done with you. Update (2/10/18) So the furniture arrived in the warehouse and we were contacted that it would be delivered to our home between 1:30 and 2:30 for no additional charge since there were so many communication errors. I made sure to be home for the delivery driver between those times. At 3:30PM, nothing. I had a dinner to go to at 4:00PM so the wife sacrificed her night and stayed behind to wait on the delivery. The drivers called and said they were delivering to an apartment complex and didn't know when they would be able to make it. Immediately following, the store called to ask how we liked our new furniture. Seriously?!? I work in customer service and this type of stuff is a business killer. The furniture finally arrived at 5:45PM and looks amazing. Thank god this is over.

We ordered a Tufted Bench, asked if a new one could be ordered from warehouse since the floor had gold glittered pillows all over it and I didn't want the gold glitter on the bench. We were told no problem but when the Bench arrived it had gold glitter on it. When we inquired we found out it was the store floor model. No one told us, they just delivered it. Also when we went to make a payment they don't accept Debit or Credit cards another thing we we're not told in advance of. I would not recommend buying unless you buy the floor model and it's exactly what you want cause you never know what your going to get from the warehouse. In other words you should be questioning ever little thing cause their not going to tell you otherwise.

My husband & I visited the store yesterday to buy a replacement recliner. The young woman who helped us, Crystal, was wonderful. Very patient with my husband as he has trouble getting in & out of the chairs. Told him to take his time. She made the whole experience positive & enjoyable. We ended up buying a lift chair. They were actually able to deliver the chair today. The two young men who delivered it, James & Bruno, were very professional & very polite. Could not have done a better job. Thanks to all three of them.

Poor experience. Great sales people but when trying to make the purchase I was told I wasn't on the account. I pushed back as I knew I was on the account but the unfriendly woman at the desk didn't seem concerned about it. She advised either my husband had to come sign for it, or I had to open a new account with just me, or we had to open a new account together because I couldn't be added. I had to have my husband drive out on his lunch to sign for the purchase. I brought proof that I was on the account and was added immediately. Waste of both our time. Screen shot of this post will be taken.
