I have been bringing all three of my dogs to this Petco grooming for over 10 years. Always pleasant, helpful and kind to my crazy pups. Two of my dogs are seniors, they are careful and gentle with these old ones and the grooming is professionally done.

I want to thank your staff so much. My husband came to get dog food right at the last minute (just before closing time), I called to tell them he was on his way and they had the food up front waiting for him! A HUGE thank you!! Your the best;)!

What is a great pet service to me? Is not just the service is also the attitude! I been use Stillwater Petco since I moved here from WA! Still remember the first time I brought my dogs in, the groomer who groomed my dogs had cut one of my dog 3 front paw nails bleed and missed cut her 2 other paws! I called and try to find out what happed but I wasn’t even had a chance to explain the whole thing they were since already knew what I called for and Straightly yelled me back was not there fault and called me a liar! Now, years past, I still bring my dogs in, because of what? No other pet grooming place I can go? No! Because of the chance and chose to trust! Unfortunately sad thing happened on Tuesday 11/28/2017. Brought my 2 dogs in to get a boo cut. After brought them home I found one of my dog has lost a pice skin behind her ear! Went in there was simply to ask for a refund but turned out had to Started argue with them! A groomer even told me,  this will be the last time we see your dogs because we can’t keep you happy!” Wth? Just ridiculous! Is not you choose your customer is them choose you, please! Anyways, thanks the store manager saved the whole situation and had my money refund! And hopefully next time if I still decide to bring my dogs in they won’t throw them out in the cold because the groomer told me, “this will be the last time we take your dogs!” Lol. Well, maybe I should go somewhere else, but who knows！

Terrible. My dog ended up with multiple open sores and a staph infection on his face after being groomed at this location. When I picked up my dog the groomer had admitted that he had bled during the process, but I didn't realize the extent of the issue until after I had left. A few days later his face was in terrible shape. Have not received a response from Petco after contacting them.

Jessica was a great help buying thing for our new puppy. She has a lot of knowledge and is a trainer. What wonderful information and help on different products.
