Went to the groomers in there and asked them to trim my dogs nails down. They hardly trimmed them at all and cost about 15 dollars. Other than that, it's an normal pet store.

Horrible service. I've been there on 3 separate occasions recently to buy fish for an outdoor pond. The first time I left after not being able to get anyone to help me. Same thing the second time except I walked back to the registers first to have the cashier page help and she had disappeared as well. When I left, both the cashier and security guard were out front smoking and talking. There were no associates on the sales floor that I could see. The third trip, the security guy and another female employee were out front smoking but there was a cashier working. Again, no one in the fish dept. I didn't bother to ask for help as the signs on the tanks said they were not selling goldfish to the public (?). Just go ahead and close this store. Maybe something decent will open in it's place.

I go to this petsmart all the time. I buy my dogs food there and some of his toys. The staff is very helpful and nice.

Ashley was the best! She helped us out so much. We won't go anywhere ever again. It was a great experience from the greeting as we walked in the door until everyone said goodbye on the way out.
