Great pet store for anything you need in terms of dry products, but I really don't recommend buying pets from petsmart. They are extremely overpriced in most cases, and not only the price matters, the animals are usually not even in good shape.

Good selection of everything you need for common and not so common pets. Plus it's really the only game in town. Odd business practice if you need Perscription dog food - you must surrender the Perscription (even when it's good for a year) - then show them their own registration of it every time it's used. Couldn't they just tie it to the loyalty program?

Love this store! It's my favorite pet store to go to in my area! The staff is always very kind and helping! There one older women there wish I could remember her name but in her name tag she has a picture of her cat. She was the nicest staff I've ever seen she helped my pick out the perfect toy for my kitten which he loves and will take everywhere with him! She talked to me for about 30 min and told me amazing story's about her cats. It's so refreshing to see employs like this!

Had bought my dog there twice before for nail clippings (he's only 10 months) and a basic checkup. Just called for another nail clipping appt. and they somehow have no record of him and said they need his rabies shots records. When I said that this was brought to them in the past, she said they have no record of this and will not clip his nails without it. I do have it, but there's a principal involved here. What kind of record keeping are they doing if I've brought my dog there twice and now they have absolutely nor record of him being there?? I'll find someone else to go to. Thanks, though.
