Michelin rated, and for good reason too. This Dim sum place is the better dim sum than I typically experience. It's a great place for Vegetarians and Vegans because of the many options. Service was consistent and the lunch specials are an absolute steal. They almost looked like main dishes. It is wheelchair accessible (they have an elevator) to the second floor.

Food is good. Place is run down. Peeling paint and wallpaper. Floors and bathroom were dirty. Service was very good. Parking can be difficult, but if your not afraid to walk, it should not be a problem. The dim sum is good and prices are fair. Place needs a little TLC.

The service was absolutely terrible. As my party and I walked into the restaurant no one greeted us. We were seated after a ten minute wait when the restaurant was barely full. When a waiter came and finally seated us. We waited about 30 minutes to order. My food came before the rest of the people in my party. So they waited about 20-35 minutes to receive their food, which consisted of vegetable fried rice and egg rolls. Our waiter didn't alert us of the ridiculous wait or try to make us comfortable while we waited for our food. When we alerted the manager of the service we received, he simply laughed and nonchalantly apologized. He never offered to take anything off of our bill. He was not sincere in his apology and my experience at the Phoenix restaurant was terrible. I do not recommend this place for any visit to Chinatown. For a "grand opening" it was definetly not grand.

The best dim sum I have found this side of the Pacific. Small dishes that are very inexpensive, but full on flavor. I will be making a pilgrimage here on every future trip to Chicago.

Food was quite good. Price pont, good. If you can sit by the window, it's got a great view. Service was fine considering how busy it was.
