I ordered the New York steak and feel that paying 30$ for it was a waste of money. I was in no way impressed with my meal and would compare my experience to eating a steak at Applebee's. The broccoli that came with it was delicious, though and the service was great.

A favourite with music fans who usually flood it after performances at Symphony Center, Tesori offers two very distinct, but complimentary experiences: the bar with its more casual atmosphere offers a limited but popular menu paired with a wine list that is adventuresome, fun, and accessible. The dining room on the other hand, with its restrained elegance offers the classics of the Italo-American kitchen in a quiet environment. You will spot the stars of the classical music stage here, from the CSO's music director, to famous soloists.

Was not happy with my meal. I ordered a Caesar salad and the sweet pea puree risotto. The salad was tiny and didn't even look like romaine lettuce. The main course was flavorless and the shrimp seemed undercooked. I've eaten at the old Rhapsody and Tesori when it first opened, and never had a complaint. But this night was not good. In fact, the lady next to me was unhappy with her crown lamb chops. So it wasn't just me. Either a very bad night for Tesori or they need to go back to the drawing board and really up their game. This was NOT worth the money!

We were there for Pre-Chicago Symphony orchestra dinner on 1/19/18. We were always pleased with the food and service...until this last time. Our waitress was nice, but really had too many tables to manage ...yet one of the two managers and two servers catered to a table of senior citizen women just behind us. We had the lamb gnocci...which came with a 1" x 4" chunk of inedible lamb leg tendon. The waitress called over the manager who jokingly dismissed my issue. He told her to take my dinner off the bill...it was still on there when I just paid it at the end. Then we didn't see her back tableside to finally take our dessert order...but there was only 10 minutes left to the start of the program. On the way out, the manager asked my fiance if everything was OK...again we mentioned the issue with my dish. He again laughed it off. We won't be going back...
