Excellent buying experience at an outstanding price that totaled below the market average. Sales expert Rose Patterson was the best! She was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Without any difficulty, she helped facilitate a long-distance purchase of a vehicle I located on the dealership website. I had total confidence in the entire transaction because of Rose's expertise. She was always quick to respond, and fully answered every question. Meagan Bailey in the finance department also provided excellent, efficient service. I could not have asked for a better buying experience.

We dropped the car off to get a noise diagnosed. They charge a pretty high price for the diagnosis, which with a newer car should just be hooking it up to the computer and letting the computer do the work. 
The fix they quoted us on- I called around and two nearby places do it for half the price. So, trusting that they at least had the right diagnosis, we got the work done at another place. 
Car still makes the noise. I realize there's a whole bunch of factors that could have contributed to the fact that our car  is still not fixed but for us, the end result for Pohanka is that we will not be going back there again or recommending it to anyone.

They serviced my car and said everything was fine, not a month later I was having major problems.  They kept the car for three days and couldn't find anything wrong!  I took the car to Bowie and they found the problem immediately! Don't waste your time or your money here!

I have been coming to Pohanka for years and have brought 4 cars from them and always get the Great Customer Service & Professionalism each and every time from sales to service. I have brought several cars from Andrew he's AWESOME!!! Pohanaka Honda is my #1Sales guy!

stars times 2!  Sid Cosby was an excellent salesperson.  He was patient and very professional.  He was very thorough in making sure the car was prepared before driving off the lot.  I would certainly recommend and buy from him again.  Thank you Sid!
