I recently purchased 2 cars from Waldorf Honda and they were fantastic to deal with.  The delivered the cars over an hour away and the price and service were unbeatable.  They answered all questions and were extremely patient with us.

I took my 2009 Accord in for air bag recall and an oil change. I told them that I also was hearing a slight noise when accelerating. First time I've ever been there and just purchased the call 4 months ago. So I had the car fully inspected and everything was good then. The say the noise is coming from my alternator, that I had a problem with my power steering and a few other things that together came up to $1556. I had it done and when they said to come back to get the car, they said they needed for me to bring the car back on Monday because what they did to the power steering was noisy and they wanted to make it right. Also stated that the car was safe to drive. I leave there Saturday afternoon with plans to take it back on Monday. I notice that the noise is still the same. I drive the around a little bit on Sunday morning and noticed that when backing out the drive way that the steering was difficult at first and was ok. Monday morning when I take it back it was the same thing. Really hard to turn at first and then loosened up like normal. So I drop the car off around 930 AM without an estimated time to pick up. They promised to call me after speaking with the technician. No call by 2 PM so I call and they call back about 15 minutes later. They have to talk with the tech to see how much longer and will me back in about 10 minutes. No call back by 330 PM so I call back... this time I'm sent to service managers voice mail. No return back at 430 so we call back to get answers from anyone. They say it won't be ready until the next day. They also are now claiming that there's aluminum inside the hoses for the power steering and that a part has to ordered and is coming overnight. It's going to cost $185 additional on top of the almost $1600 I just shelled out on Saturday. Are you kidding me? So I asked... could this have happened after the work they did on Saturday with the power steering that was causing the noise... of course they said no. I hate to tell people not to go somewhere and this is the first review I've ever done for anything. But I just thought I needed to share.

Just had a great experience buying a new 2018 Civic at Waldorf Honda. Everyone in the building was very kind and helpful and we were given a star treatment by our salesman, Marcus. 10/10, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new car

I called over the weekend to Bring my 2011 Honda Element into the waldorf Ford and explained to them that it’s far for me to drive for there diagnostics but I did anyways. I explained to them my issue with my 02 censor after replacing it myself I still had the check engine light on. They diagnosed it for 140 dollars and told me I need a new 02 censor and fuel line but they don’t have anything in stock so it would be 3-5 business days. Even though 02 censors can fit on any shelf.I told them I’m not taking another day out of work to drive to waldorf and lose a whole day while they run up my bills. Thanks for nothing Honda. I do not plan on buying a Honda ever again.

Let's face facts, very few people look forward to buying a car. I was definitely one of those people. I had a 1992 Acura (which speaks highly of Honda/Acura as a whole) and it was time to retire her. Many of my family members have purchased cars from Waldorf Honda and have spoken very highly of the dealership. I now see why. Frank was my salesman and he was wonderful. I test drove three cars and throughout the entire process he was patient and professional. Of course I ended up purchasing the first car I tested but that's life, right? 

 I really need to thank Frank (sales), Lee (sales) and Jimmy (financing) for making me feel comfortable and looking out for me, I genuinely feel like they all went above and beyond to make  my experience a positive one. I hope I won't need to buy another car anytime soon, but when it's time, I will return to Waldorf Honda. Thank you for all your hard work!
