Wes Elliott and CP of service go above and beyond to keep the clients engaged and up to date daily on what transpired with the repair of my Ram 2500. My truck was at a local ram dealer in which I was told nothing was wrong and the loud clatter coming from a NON diesel motor is normal operation. (Insert eye roll) I immediately asked around and was referred to Waldorf Ram specifically Wes Elliott, he Laird me up with his top notch service writer CP and diagnosed my truck within days. Repairs are currently underway and I’m confident it will be done right the first time. They even supplied me with a rental vehicle while my repairs were being completed.

Im a car fanatic/ Enthusiast and Dodge is definitely at the top of my list for favorite car brands. I love how they're a performance brand! I've spoken with a lot of people at this dealership and they all are very respectful and nice. Had a great talk with Ernie! He gave me the motivation to not short change myself on reaching my goals! Also one of the ladies at the front desk let me start up my dream car; the Dodge Challenger hellcat. That was definitely one of the best days of my life and I won't EVER forget it. Thanks and Keep it up 👍🏽

I recently went in for service at Waldorf Dodge for my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The Service Manager Wes Elliott, was outstanding! I initially was not happy about the service visit and when Wes heard about what happened, he personally addressed all of my concerns. He personally test drove my vehicle and made sure it was repaired correctly, he was in communication with me the entire time about the repairs, and returned my vehicle to me completely fixed, washed and detailed, and with a full tank of gas. In an industry were service standards are traditionally low, Wes and his team at Waldorf Dodge went above and beyond to take care of me and my truck- they really made me feel like a valued customer!

I contacted Britni via email about a car I was interested in for my daughter.  She was quick to respond and very helpful.  Britni provided all of the information I needed and quickly answered any question I had. 

After I agreed to purchase the car I was contacted by the sales manager Danny, again very helpful, polite, and very appreciative that I purchased from this dealership.   He recognized that I had searched numerous other dealers and was pleased to know that between their staff,  Britni, and their selection I choose their facility.  

Upon my arrival Britni met me and escorted me to Elias M. Who actually handled the sale.  Again very helpful and appreciated the fact that we could have gone to the dealerships closer to our home but choose them.  

We are very happy with the customer service we received and with car in general.

I purchased my dodge Durango on 12/22 and for some reason my note on my vehicle that i traded in has not been paid off. The Manager will not call me back regarding the second set of keys I was to receive with my new truck. Plus there was a dent in the driver door they were going to fix but no one will return calls or emails. Left messages for the financing person to call but she won't call me back. Sorry to say I am sadly disappointed when a dealership says they will do everything to help you out. But once you are out the door they don't care.
