I have purchased a vehicle here, before, 9 years ago. They did such a wonderful job then. So, I returned and service was even better than last time. Staff is very nice, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable of inventory, paperwork explain clearly and given time to read the paperwork. You're never pressured to sign anything. Ms. Metcalf was awesome, always available to answer any questions. She took the time to help me get my new used vehicle. Together they go above and beyond customer service. Power auto group should be proud to have such an awesome team. If you need a new or used vehicle, you gotta check out Power Newport.

I have to say, I've never been so disappointed to leave a dealership. I was visiting from Eugene and my check engine light came on. I didn't have an appointment and they still were able to squeeze me in to diagnose it. While I was waiting for my car, I walked around to look at what's new in the auto world. Every person I passed that worked there, said hi, had a smile or just plain looked happy! I'm not ready yet to buy a car, but when I am...I'll have no problem driving here from Eugene to buy from Power of Newport. The positive energy there is awesome and contagious.

Great staff, great selection. Dustin and Kimberlee helped me pick out a tundra, ended up with a great deal on a nice truck! He was low pressure and had answers for all my questions. This is a dealer that will stand behind you when you have issues, they Care.

I purchased a vehicle from Power Ford in November. While the salesperson was very nice and helpful, and can not say the same for the office people who filled out all the paperwork. They were supposed to fill out paperwork allowing me to transfer my disable veteran license plates from my old car to my new one. Instead they charged me for new plates, even after I verified with them several times during the buying process that I wanted to keep my permanent plates. When I received brand new plates in the mail, I contacted the salesperson and told her what happened. She immediately had the office people contact me, and I was told that everything would be taken care of that day and I would receive a phone call back when the error was taken care of, which I did about half an hour or so later. No sooner had she and I hung up, then another person, (who I will not name at this time) called me and told me that he had heard about the mix up and that everything had been taken care of the day before. When I told him the Diane and I had just finished talking on the phone and the she had told me it had just been taken care, he informed me that she was mistaken, that it had all been handled the day before. Fine. Then when I asked him about the charges for the new license plates, he tried to tell me that I had not been charged for new plates. I told him I had the paperwork in my hands showing that I had. He asked me to email him a copy of the paperwork, and that if in fact I had been charged he would have a refund check sent out immediately. 2 days went by and I heard nothing back from him, so I sent him another email. Still no response, so then I emailed the dealership and let them know about the whole problem. Within an hour I received an email from Chris stating that a refund check had been sent out the day we talked and that obviously since I was inquiring about it and it had not been cashed, I had not received it, and that they would put a stop payment on it and issue out a new check that day. (The first refund check was supposedly sent on Jan. 30th, the second one on Feb. 9th). I have never received either check, but I have received all kinds of paperwork (including the new license plates)from Power Ford, but NO REFUND CHECK! And my emails are still being ignored by Chris. This is my 3rd car that I have purchased. My 1st one from Power Ford, and the 1st one I have ever had any trouble with. Will not ever do business with them again.

Shopping for a new car and Cova was wonderful to work with, she was very attentive to mine and my families needs. Worked with me after all of the paperwork was said and done, following up and ensuring the car was working out for me and to let me know if there was anything I needed she was still there to help me. I will be going back to her for another car!
