After a recent visit to Precision Tune in Rocky Mount during which I was treated so very well,  I experienced an issue with the work performed.  A bad thing? Not at all! They were amazing, stood by their work and their warranty and made it right. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone.  Well done, Mr. Brandon Stroud!!

I recently decided to take my Chevy Suburban in for some brake work. Brandon was very pleasant and informative on the phone and was the reason I chose their location. I am pleased with their work and service and I am assured knowing that it’s backed up by a warranty. I will continue to trust them with my vehicle repairs.

Words can't describe the service my wife and I experienced recently. The team at this location will definitely help you in your time of need. Under the management of Brandon, I'm positive this will be your new Auto-Maintenance shop! I recently got my power steering pump replaced with 2 new tires and will continue to make Precision Tune my go-to guys! (Lets face it, a team that will stay beyond work hours to finish a dam great job is worth my money. Sorry Wal******).

Brandon Stroud was very helpful in making my experience there pleasurable. The mechanics were friendly and explained what work was needed and what work they performed. The Tahoe drove like a new one after they aligned it. 
I would definitely recommend this car service center to others.

First and foremost The new manager there is amazing.  He went above and beyond to assist me and making sure I was a happy customer had some issues with my filter cup and he did change it. Once he changed it bother place cracked it but he fix it.  This place is great and highly intelligent when it comes to cars.
