I brought my Honda here for a second estimate based on a referral from a friend. I was pleasantly surprised. The manager took the time to call me and walk me through the repairs. He gave me an upfront cost and told me exactly what to expect. He kept me up to date on the progress. The customer service was outstanding, the cost was fair and I felt they were honest and trustworthy. I will be bringing both my Honda’s to them from now on. Nice work Precision Tune!

This is one of the best shops ever. They are very polite knowledgeable and honest. I have been bring my car here for a little over a year now and they are the only shop I will bring my car to. When I come here I don’t feel like someone is just trying to sell me something or get work done that I don’t really need. When there is something wrong with my cars I bring it to them and they diagnose it (even dumb it down for me so I understand). My car is always fixed in a timely manner at a great rate. I wouldn’t even hesitate bringing my car here. This place is a GEM!!

So at first I wanted to give this place a 1 star because I took our family van in to get a check engine light checked out. We had to take it back three times. LONG story short the staff and manager, James,  were very nice and completely understood my feelings. They fixed the issue and even though it was no fault of theirs they took ownership. My car just got unlucky I guess but they worked with me and got my van back fixed, I hope. I literally just got it back like 10 min ago. If I don't update this then its ALL good!
But the staff and James were GREAT! excellent CS!

I went there for an oil change and had a coupon for a full service oil change for only $18.50. The guy wanted to charge me over $50 for an oil change!!!!!!! He said my car required Dextro but I have NEVER been told that my car requires that kind of synthetic oil. On top of that I have never paid over $30 for an oil change. Not going there ever again! I will wait till Monday and go to Whites Tires where I know when they offer a deal they actually give that deal.

Chris and the crew took great care of us today!  The truck needed brakes, rotors, calibers, etc...  Fast, friendly and perfect service. I know my daughter will be safe now, thanks to Precision Tune Auto Care, 2915 Raleigh Rd Pkwy W, Wilson, NC 27896!!!!!
