I contacted Precision Tune customer service and spoke to Ronnie and also worked with Tony, the district manager, who were both professional and motivated in resolving this issue.  My vehicle was picked up at my house and then returned the next day with the necessary repairs performed. My truck is now operating properly and I am satisfied with the engine replacement as well as their commitment to outstanding customer service.  Thank You!

John at the front desk was super nice! Also, I got there around 5:15 P.M. and they close at 6:00P.M. so it would have been really easy to tell me to come back another time considering they were already working on cars in the garage area. Instead, they still did my car even though it wasn't 6:20P.M. before I left there. Great customer service and much cheaper than other places I have been to. Thanks for the great experience!

I started the visit out with a blank slate. The gentleman at the counter was courteous. Every hour that I had to wait for a simple oil change tire rotation and coolant flush I lowered the rating by 1 star... 4 hours later and 1 star is where we’re at.... Next door is Jiffy Lube, next time I will travel the extra 100 feet to them.

Very cool guys to work with. Brought a truck in for balance and alignment at the last minute they took care of me at a very cheap price. I'll be back soon.

i love this place already! I just got my first car and they took it in and fixed it up almost immediately. i love john! He is super nice and very friendly. HE helped me get everything situatuated. much cheaper than other places too!
