I purchased a 2018 Red Passat and I am very happy with my purchase! I highly recommend this dealership, their sellers are very kind and helpful. Chris Kelley is THE BEST! So kind, thoughtful, helpful, knowledgeable! I’m a tri-repeat customer he’s so awesome! The entire experience took less than 3 hours from start to finish! The car I wanted at a fantastic price-best price of any dealership around plus incentives and a finance manager that worked with me to help me! Ray Ibarra made all the finance signing fun and easy-again best experience! I’ve bought quite a few of vehicles in my 47 years and by far this truly was the most fantastic, easiest, fastest, and greatest satisfaction in purchasing a vehicle.

These guys are a big joke.  You are better off buying your car off a carmax lot and you still won't get screwed over as much as here.  They probably make money off all those people who don't understand a thing about buying cars

DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALER !!!! 
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to buy a car. There is more Volkswagen dealers that they will treat you as a customer with respect and without screw you in the deal I bought my volkswagen in another dealer and I'm so happy with the customer service, price negotiation and attention.

BUYER BEWARE!!!  DO NOT PURCHASE A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER!!!  You cannot trust them to truthfully  reveal the vehicles history. They will sell you a vehicle that has previously been involved in an accident as "accident free".  They advertised the vehicle I purchased with a clean Carfax and when asked they confirmed that it was "accident free".  As thorough as a pretrade inspection is I am sure that they were well aware (that even though the damage had been repaired) the vehicle had been involved in an accident. In California if the previous owner does not report the accident to the DMV it will not show up on Carfax.   Because of this glitch in the accident reporting system this dealership will utilize this glitch to plead ingnorance ........ even if they are aware of the previous damage.  I did not want a vehicle that had previous damage, if I had wanted to purchase a vehicle that had been involved in an accident I  would have paid serious $$$$ less than I did. ............. They are unethical and will serve up unscrupulousness with a smile!  If after being warned you are still considering buying one of the used vehicles they have for sale take the vehicle to a competent auto mechanic and a reputable collision specialist for evaluation before you make any final decisions about buying the car. Save yourself some grief! Forwarned is forearmed!
