Mario M. Was transparent throughout the entire process. I told him what I wanted, what my budget was and made it happen. He was upfront about all the extras and never felt like he was trying to pull a fast one on me. I highly recommend him and will come back in the future

I like the new management very friendly and really nice. I was getting my Ford Explorer serviced and it didn't take long.The customer relations manager Brenda Aguilar made sure everything went well. I am always coming here! Great staff at Puente Hills Ford.

Called in to get a service appointment on my Ford Focus and Brenda Aguilar set it up for me. She was really nice and set it up on a time I would be able to go at. Service was fast. Nice environment. Go here and ask for Brenda, she's the most efficient and professional!

I called into Ford and i spoke with Stephanie Chavez for a 2017 Mustang I seen online. She was helpful answered all questions asked. I set a appointment and I bought the car, great price. Great sales expierience in Puente Hills Ford!

I called for a recall notice I received in the mail, I spoke with Stephanie Chavez she was very nice and patient in checking if I had an airbag recall on my Ford Focus and she was awesome at setting up my service appointment. I recommend speaking to her for service appointments. The advisors were nice as well great environment. Thank you Ford!
