I’d like to honor my first ever rating to America’s tire City of Industry. Impressive service care like free flat tire repair, free rotation and etc. Then everyone here looks so energetic! Feels like your waiting time was not wasted, not even a second.

This store has friendly, knowledgable, efficient, employees.  They give superior service.  Jose was great.  They offer a great variety of product online.  The tires I chose had to be ordered and they arrived in a couple days.  Prices are very good even for installation.  The store has a large, bright, clean, pleasant atmosphere with plenty of seating.  They even have wifi to ease your wait.  My car was last here in 2011 and now I am back for some new tires.  I will be back with our other family vehicles when needed.  Total wait time was around an hour which is fantastic for auto service.  I just wonder why they dont offer alignment service.  You have to go somewhere else for that.

Service here is excellent. They know good customer service is what brings back customers. I've had all 3 of my vehicles serviced for tiers here and will continue to do so. Go online and do a little self education on the tire you want. It is a business and they will try to up sale you on a tire, just be positive on what you want before you go in. On a Saturday expect to wait a while, they usually are busy.

Great! Got a nail on my tire, take it to America's tire and get it fixed within 35-40 mins.

FOR FREE.

That's great!  Will definitely come back again if i got more nails on my tire (I hope no....LOL) and i'll do all my tire services at here as well. 

5 Stars to them for the help.

AVOID
Horrible Yokohama tires wear down very quickly. Next time I'll buy Michelin and save myself the headache.

Staff very friendly very professional would highly recommend America's Tires but not Yokohama! Disappointed with GM, has been here almost 9 years and doesn't greet customers as he walks out.

This store is Very quick even when busy, maybe an hour, usually within 45 minutes, they don't always check their work. I told them to add air to spare they forgot and seemed bothered to take care back. 

Try to go with top of the line Michelin when possible I didn't trust the low end tires read bad reviews of blow outs. 

Rest rooms clean, plenty of parking close to La Puente Mall AMC parking lot. 

Wonderful AC and over ten comfortable chairs. Also water dispenser and free coffee.
