I am very much satisfied for the job well done by the seear service representative who din my drier he is very knowledgeable and friendly and before leaving he asked me if i have any more question and concern that he may help me. Finally,after a very poor experience with the first repair serviceman,and much fighting with customer service and store manager, I agreed to have a second serviceman come out.  Sears set up time with me but didn't set with service dept. If I hadn't followed up the day before, no serviceman would have shown up. Such bad management. However the service man did come out on the reschuled time late Friday night m . He was professional, thorough and disassembled my new frig. Basically steam cleaned the unit, reassembled, realigned the drawers and doors. Problem solved. It took a while. But success. Hours of fighting. I question Sears warranty big time and Sears follow up is poor. The district manager was to call me and never did.. guess he doesnt care to take care of customers either. So, to all I say keep on fighting and do lots of follow up on your own til you get the right repair man as I finally did. My $4000.00 frig is working fine right now. .Jim

Repair was not satisfactory! Tumbler was left wobbly, additional electrical problem was not addressed .This is  second repair on washer.Which was not left correct, tumbler came apart , electrical problem not addressed .Third repair request on Washer tumbler still wobbles , electrical needs to be addressed . Scheduled 01/18/2017. Weekend service discontinued, Unsatisfactory !Great inconvenience for customers! Purchased Service because weekend service was available and quality service was given! I have been a customer  with Sears a very, very long time, Servicemen always top grade and through. New Year maybe a new Provider in order. One that will give complete quality including Weekend Service.    

 Tumbler came loose  Weekend service is no longer available

I've been a sears customer for many years and always get sears warranty on my major appliances. Quick and easy to get service when needed. Techicians have always been professional and courteous.

The repair guy was confidently calm, and explained the trouble.  He was very helpful.  You should employ staff like him.
