This was my first and my last time at this facility to get new tires. The whole process is soooo slow. I waited 3-1/2 hours to get two tires done. I'm usually in and out within an hour or less. Very unorganized and nobody really cares. They don't even look at you, like you're nothing.

The service staff is always curteous and friendly. Although Dallas is truly needed back.

Terrible place to do the oil change. They told you a price and they will raise your price after you park your park and wait there for hours. Worst place ever
