We got great service from Franklin! He gave us his personal number and personally took care of some small issues that came up. He really helped my wife and I out with our new Rouge. The GM Dave was really friendly and helped us out so much. Over all happy with out purchase and happy we did it at Puente Hills Nissan!

I submitted an online  pre-qualification application  less than 24 hours ago. And now there’s a 2015 Nissan Rogue in my garage. Caroline was amazing. She was straight up, energetic, and very helpful. I told her from the get go, don’t try and sell me something I don’t want, I know what I want, & she got me exactly what I wanted. NO HASSLE! She was amazing! 1000 Thank yous to you Caroline, I still can’t belive it.

Was super happy to walk out with a new car that’s Carolina helped me out with. She was wonderful. Helped me in the best way possible to make sure I was getting what I needed. She was friendly and really tired to connect with me in the best way didn’t just see me as another customer thank you and Nisaan for this new experience 😁

Took my car in for service. Really polite and helpful staff. David Campos was my Service agent and he's top-notch and really took care of me (listened to all my issues; took time to explain things; easy to contact). At the time of this review, they have their own rental/loaner program. By luck, loaner Rogue was new (must've just been added to rentals). Great advertisement for their vehicles as now I wouldn't mind owning one. Guy that handled the rental was friendly and kindly. Thanks also to Dominique and Alex for all their help. Extremely positive experience at Puente-Hills Nissan Service.

Valerie Perez was one of the sweetest and accommodating representatives for this establishment. I’m definitely recommending my friends to purchase from here. Anyone who might be interested in purchasing a vehicle ask for Valerie. She’s the right person to see.
