I have been consistently training at PUSH PTS for one year, twice a week. It's the longest I've ever stuck with one program without getting bored. I alternate my training in the gym with running, spinning, and yoga at other places. Weight lifting had never been my first choice, but now it is. It is what I look forward to each week and I enjoy the routine and consistency. Adriana, the owner, is super sweet, beyond words. All of the trainers are knowledgeable, rigorous, careful, and professional. I highly recommended PUSH PTS for your personal training needs!

After training at PUSH you won't want to visit any other gym.  The team of trainers (Ariel, Senta, Alvaro and Marcos) are by far the best out there.  I have been training with them for years and they always manage to keep me motivated and seeing results. They are truly experts in the field and whatever your fitness goal may be, they will without a doubt help you achieve it.

I'm a 54 year old woman that needs specific training - I can only commit to a very small amount of time each week.  Additionally, I need to lift my 100-pound son from his bed and wheelchair throughout the day, due to a degenerative disease.  I've received nothing less than incredible support and high-quality guidance from the owner and staff.  My lead trainer, Ariel, has guided me to a level of strength I have never had.  He teaches me, assists me with proper form, and answers all of my questions about off-days, cardio, and meals.  If you have specific goals and a positive attitude, you will fit right in here with the rest of us.  Give PUSH PTS a try... you won't regret it!

Simply the best gym I have ever been, I use to train with Ariel and Senta and both are great they inspire you to give the best. Motivation, passion, discipline  and consistency are a must! The owner Adri is really nice. If you are looking for a place where you can feel confident and where you feel surrounded by friends that's definitely the place to go!!!! 
I love this gym.

I love Ariel and the guys. I've never looked or felt better in my life. With  Push pts it's not just going to the gym, it  becomes a way of life...
