I had a plumbing emergency and Pete called me right back.  Brett came out within 24 hours contracted through American Water.  It was a really tough job with the main sewer line in a very old house.  Brett relentlessly attacked the clog issue for several hours. He stayed until he cleared it and we could us our water again that day.  This glog was unreal tough! He was professional, reassuring, and friendly.  I give Brett over 5 stars!!

I just recently bought a house and I have a few small issues with a drain and a leaking valve. I contacted quality today and asked if they did free estimates. I spoke with Daniel on the phone and he was so helpful! He asked me to send pictures of my issues and he walked me through one of the issues to help me fix it! He also quoted me a a price on a drain repair that I thought was really fair for the work involved. He also told me a few things I could do to help save some money. The customer service I received today was amazing. I must say I was very impressed, it’s very hard to find service like that in today’s market. I became a customer to this company because how well I was treated today! I would recommend this business to anyone! Thank you so much for the help, I will be using this company in the best future!

Drain overflowed while washing clothes Thursday morning. Tried to clear it ourselves, no luck. Friday morning called Quality. We were told they were all booked up, but could come out Friday evening on overtime. Got a call back around 6 Friday that a big emergency came up and we’d have to move to Saturday morning. As the day progressed they continued to call and let us know what time they would be here. Very very pleased with the great communication. JP was our plumber and we were so happy with his courteous, professional and friendly manner. He initially thought we might have a broken cast iron drain pipe, as the snake brought up some mud. After a thorough snaking it brought back tree roots as the culprit. Drain was flushed out and is running clear now. Quality Plumbing is going to be our plumber from now on. Great work JP and many kudos to everyone for their friendly and professional communication!

After calling five different plumbers, Jake at Quality was the only one to respond promptly on a Sunday evening, conduct an initial assessment over the phone, and arrived within the hour as promised. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. A true professional.

I just finished renovating a 100 year-old house. The plumbing - which I had put in new - worked fine until I had four relatives stay with me and then both toilets backed up. I called Roto Rooter for a free camera inspection. The tech told me he wasn't sure what was causing the clog, but he gave me a written $2300 estimate to fix it. ?? Fortunately, I got a second opinion. Danny with Quality Plumbing came out this morning and removed the clog within 15 minutes........for $128. I will never call anyone else. Thank you, Danny and thank you, Quality Plumbing!
