Matthew was sent to repair a leak in my kitchen drain. He found the problem causing the leak, and another that we were unaware of. He pointed out the problem, explained it to me, and explained how it would be fixed. He was extremely nice and polite, tolerating my dogs and grandson all the while he was working. He was very professional, and the area under my sink looked so much better when he was finished! He gave me good advice about my garbage disposal, and how to use it. I will always call LBA, and ask for Matthew when I need plumbing help. I could not have asked for better service. I know I can trust them just like a member of my family. We just love LBA!

Needed clogged toilet, tub and sink taken care of.
☆1. Super fast response
☆2. Service person on time
☆3. Service person took the time to listen to the problem, look at the area and then put the service into action.
☆4. She made sure that every aspect of the job was accomplished.
☆5. Thanked me for letting her do her job. Now that's customer service.

Would not trust or recommend LBA Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing!  We had a very disappointing experience with LBA regarding a requested sewer cleaning.  Not only did they not complete the job that was requested in a satisfactory manner they then told us our sewer line was broken and needed a $6000 repair.  Thankfully we had advice from an independent inspector who said it was not broken and not to do the repair.  After another company came to clean the sewer line we had a camera inspection and determine the line was not broken and we didn't need a repair.  They would have taken our $6000 to break the sewer line themselves and we wouldn't have known the difference!! Don't use this company!

Angelena did a great job of explaining everything and it seems like the work was done well.  She was very friendly and positive to work with.  She gave us several options to consider and helped us decide what was the best way to proceed.

I HAD THE LUXURY OF RESEARCHING AND TAKING MY TIME GETTING QUOTES FROM SEVERAL CONTRACTORS FOR A NEW HVAC SYSTEM FOR MY OLDER HOME. OUT OF 6 QUOTES, LBA WAS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN TO MY NEEDS, DID EVERYTHING RIGHT FOR THE QUOTE AND WERE PROMPT WITH THEIR SERVICES. INSTALLATION OF THE NEW SYSTEM WAS TOP NOTCH.
INSTALLATION IS ALMOST EVERYTHING. IF THE SALESMAN DOES NOT BOTHER TO DO EVEN A BASIC LOAD CALCULATION, QUESTION THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL OF THAT COMPANY. MY IMPRESSION OF LBA IS THEY ARE IN THE BUSINESS TO PROVIDE THE BEST PRODUCT AND SERVICE.
