Mark #283 came out to give us an estimate on snaking our sewer line and making  sure the work he would do would fix the issue we were having and we wanted to discuss it for a few and so when we called back in a few hours later he came out that same night, same technician and we were very appreciative of what he did to get the drain unclogged that way all of the water in our basement would drain out! We had just bought the house and had not even moved in yet when this happened and had no knowledge of water coming into the basement at all so when it happened we were very stressed and frustrated and so the work Mark had done for us really put our minds at ease! I would give them more stars than just 5 if I were able to!

The service tech # 1184 Brad, was having a little difficulty getting our drain unplugged. Our house does not have the easiest plumbing situation so it was a challenge. He stuck with it and got the job done!! Extremely polite and professional and I would recommend this company to anyone. It was after hours and he was here within the hour of when we called them. Five stars is not good enough for them!!! These guys are TOP OF THE LINE!!!!!!!!!! Not too expensive and a coupon to boot!!!! Thank you Roto-Rooter!!!

Mick and Ashton came out today and cleaned out my drain. They were quick and friendly. They told me about a discount right up front and I like that when I pay for services. This is the reason I keep choosing Roto-Rooter. Every time I have work done on my pipes or drains they send techs out who know how to talk to people, they are fast and affordable. Thank you for once again providing a great service and an even better customer experience.

Within four days of being in our new home, Roto Rooter was out to snake and film our lines. A week later they’re making major repairs for us (crushed clay pipes). All the techs and service folks have been amazing to work with. Their business card will definitely stay on my fridge!

I have had two encounters now with Roto Rooter and I am extremely impressed with them.  They are prompt and professional.  The technicians are friendly.  Their work was top notch.  I really like that you can print a coupon the same day of service and they will honor it.  I will definitely be calling them for all of my future plumbing needs.  I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
