Jason has been awesome  through the whole process from purchase to installation.  We appreciate how quickly APW was able to get out  here and assess our problems, as well as, sell us a quality product.  The crew that came in were courteous and worked hard to get our installation completed.  If they didn't have to drill and tear equipment apart, you wouldn't have known they were here.

For the record I had Jason from APW out for an estimate in February. His presentation was top notch. Although Ape was not the cheapest as far as pricing ( Jason was there last company to present a bid) The quality of the equipment and installation sold me. There were no hidden fees  the price quoted included installation  and the price I paid installation was quick and no surprises! Would and will recommend!

APW sold me a water filtration system approximately 2 years ago.   It leaked... They came out to repair the leak... It still leaked... And again they came out and it still leaked.   Ended up fixing it myself.   Extremely poor customer service.   Then I started getting calls about maintenance required...   6 months after I owned the unit... Manufacturer stated 1 year for maintenance... When I asked what this maintenance was for... I was told resin needed to be replaced.  My unit doesn't use resin.  Needed some additional work done for my hot water heater... A plumber I called in for a quote saw the work that was done asked if they had done the water filtration work.  When I said no he said he was going to offer to fix it for free if that had.. it was an embarrassment.     After asking numerous times to be removed from APW's contact list... I yet again received a letter in the mail last week ..  let's hope this time they listen.

They were supposed to come out and replace a main shutoff valve for us, and give a quote for an expansion tank and T&P valve. However with a lack of communication to their technician they sent out, all he did was "inspect" our system for $125 and did nothing... Then on the quote they wanted $605 for a main shut off and $385 for an expansion tank. We're talking $100 for parts. I would do this myself if I were comfortable with the work, but I called Andy's Pipe Dream and they knocked it out 5 days before they could get the technician BACK out to do the main shutoff for $350 (expansion tank replacement included). Did I catch them with new staff? Bad day? Not sure, but I am not paying a mortgage payment for not even 30 minutes of work.

I had my AC, Furnace, Water Heater & Humidifier replaced the 1st week of January by Jason & his team and they did a WONDERFUL job! 
When they removed the legacy system they even cleaned up the concrete under it before they put in the new system! Talk about WHITE GLOVE SERVICE! 
These guys are PRO's! All the way from Carol who calls to schedule the appointments (love her bird dog tenacity), to Phil who sold me the system and did the initial assessment, to Jason's team who installed the system! My favorite thing is the service plan! They come out twice a year so I don't have to worry & they ship my filters right to my front door! Phil even came out and followed up on the installation a couple of weeks after it was installed, very different from a lot of the "Thanks for the money, now bye Felicia...." salesmen out there! 
If you need any HVAC or Plumbing, I highly recommend APW! They are a class act!
