Great purchase experience, Daniel Crowley was patient and extremely professional.   Very friendly dealership and NOT PUSHY.  Service department personnel are top notch.  I shopped all over the country and Rancho was well worth the drive from LA

I believe the work done to my truck was as to be expected ... what really ruined the experience for me was when I came in to pick up my truck, I went inside where there are 4 or people presumably there to help customers, and the 2 closest to the door immediately put their heads down and don't say a word, while the only lady inside at all the way at the end from the door I came in finally says can I help you. Where I come from, you put your best people on the front line to deal with your customers at the door, and they don't get away with treating your customers like they don't deserve to be acknowledged or recognized. Ultimately, I got sent back outside to the gal in the little shed like office all alone, and she was super happy to see me come in, greeted me with a genuine smile and had me feeling better right away. I can tell you beyond a shadow of a doubt, IF I bring my truck back it will ONLY be because of her!!!

I had an experience there that i hope no one else ever has. All due to Mike in service. Brought my truck in for transmission issues they charge me for a traction control light gave me back my truck and my transmission was still not fixed took it back the very next day took a service manager for a test drive and found that the transmission had to be completely rebuilt. During this process Mike never called me I had to call him to find out what was going on in my truck and then I get my truck back and the battery cables loose proceeded to blame it on me I will never do business with Rancho Motors again and that's how I feel. They way he went about e as wrong never got my rental car money back foe the first even though they said they would oh well I'm done sucks for them cause we are about to buy the new ZL1 1LE.

We had good contact and response time to the issues we experienced with our truck.  Friendly, helpful and timely.  Thank you!  Even with all that, I do hope we don't see the truck back in there very soon!!
