Bought a brand new Ford Explorer from Stephen and Shane over here. Great experience from start to finish. They made sure we got everything we wanted for a great price. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at cars to come check these guys out.

The service area was very busy the day I took my fusion in. It took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. The staff was very upbeat and very apologetic. I am very understanding of the workload. The waiting area is bright and airy with magazines and television.   Everyone waiting was on their cell phones either reading or texting. The time went by very quickly.

We had such a great experience shopping for a new SUV! The salesman, Dan Fischer, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The finance team, Anthony Vargas and Travis Palmer, got us everything we needed to make the process as painless as possible. We will be back for sure and recommend to our friends & family!

The best place in town to get a oil change if you own a Ford. I bought a new ford escape from them very friendly staff. Recommended getting your services for your ford there they have quick lane. Quick lane is quick.

Scheduling for the door latch recall on my Mustang was easy, but I waited about six months after parts were available.  Intake of the vehicle the day before scheduled service went well ,  and the service department  Intake personnel work as a team in my experience in minimizing your wait time.  The downside was the fact that it took almost all of the work day to replace the door latches and notify me that the car was ready.  Work was clean, couldn't tell that the latches were replaced, which is certainly a good thing.  Sunland Ford had been courteous and flawless in this and past recalls over the past 20 years but it has always been an all day process to return the car.  I would like them to review their completion process and return low labor hour jobs earlier in the day.
