This RV park is perfect for visit to Sedona. Clean, flat sites full hook up. Easy walk to downtown. Sits in an old growth sycamore trees. River runs on one side so you fall asleep listening to the sound of it. Only thing no camp fires allowed. Have been here two times now and will be back.

We have stayed at Rancho Sedona for at least 15 years.  It is always a joyful experience.  The park is beautiful; always clean and neat....even when they are fighting the millions of leaves that fall each Autumn.  The staff is delightful and very competent.  It is a bit pricey, but worth every penny.  To us, visiting here is like coming home.

Stayed 3 days and loved it. Very friendly staff. Grounds are well taken care of. Bathrooms were clean. Showers hot. The whole area has crushed gravel so it isn’t dusty or muddy. Easy walk to downtown, which we did several times as it was quite busy.

Nice RV park, particularly because of the proximity to uptown Sedona. Nicely shaded sites and can accommodate big rigs. Each site has picnic table with small paved area. No extra amenities and all sites and roads are gravel. Location of the sewer hookup wasn’t ideal for our 45’ bus in site 76 - we needed two lengths of hose to reach but were able to make it work.  Sites have reasonable space between each other and there are places to access the river for fishing, wading, or letting dogs play. Park is pricy and very hard to get reservations (call at least 6 months in advance) because there aren’t great alternatives nearby.

Great place! Park your rig close to the creek for ambiance, but closer to the office for better Wi-Fi/laundry and wonderful showers!
