Good store. I reserved a giant trance rental but someone hadn't returned that bike yet, so they upgraded me to a much nicer bike, so obviously that was a great experience. The reason I'm subtracting a star is because things moved kinda slowly at the store, and they put cheap plastic pedals on my rental that didn't have good grip and so prevented me from getting the most from a high end bike. Overall great experience though, would definitely go back but I would bring my own pedals if I was renting.

Bikes are very nice. They are on the expensive side and more into mountain biking but that is very predominant throughout this area. Staff was friendly

These guys are great! I bought my first bike from them in 2015, a Giant Trance. Since then, I have bought a lot of gear and upgraded parts from them. They helped maintain my Trance very well. I feel this shop is honest and tries to help out the best they can. Their technicians are always thorough and they do a good job. Unfortunately, due to selling my old bike and timing of needing a new one which was backordered, I couldn't get the bike I wanted from them, but they still take care of my new bike very well and are not jerks about it even though I didn't get it from them. They also carry more brands of high end bikes than anyone else in town, which is nice, because you get to see a wider variety on the floor. Good shop staffed by a good team. Recommended.

Visiting from Colorado, I had a broken dropper post. The Rapid guys rented me a post from another Yeti, allowing me to ride in this awesome part of the world.
