About 6 weeks ago my wife, Julie and I went to the Reeds Jewelers at the Pier Park Mall and met with Gina Murphy. She helped us with some jewelry repairs we wanted done. In addition she worked with us on designing a custom ring for Julie in recognition of our 25th anniversary. She offered us a wide variety of options and listened to what we wanted to have as a final product. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and were what was expected. The custom design ring was picked up this morning and we are beyond pleased with the outcome... it is stunning. We are incredibly pleased with the friendly, professional and courteous experience from the team at Reeds and from Gina especially. Thank you so much....

Our experience with Reeds is one that we can't say enough positive things about. From Jerome to Ms Sharon and all the other ladies there, they treat my husband and I like family each time we come in. We've recommended them to many people since we bought our wedding bands and will continue to do so. All the staff is extremely patient and very helpful. You won't be disappointed. Wonderful people!!!

I can’t talk highly enough about this Reeds! They go above and beyond expectations and do everything they can to make you happy and get you a really good deal! I purchased my wife’s engagement ring a little over a year ago and they helped me pick it out and made sure my soon-to-be wife would love it and she did! Then before the wedding they helped my get the enhancer of my wife’s dreams! If you stop by make sure and ask for Hilary,if something can be done,she will make sure and get it done and get it done as fast as possible,she is so sweet and fun to deal with! Seriously can’t talk about how awesome she is!If you need a jewelry store that will feel like family make sure and go here!

My wife Cheryl and I have enjoyed greatly the professional and friendly service offered by Amber. Over the years her knowledge and desire to satisfy us have lead us to return each time we desire to make a purchase. Most notably she has helped Cheryl appreciate the value of my hobby of watch collecting. Amber with her attitude and great knowledge has made Cheryl comfortable and appreciate the value of fine Swiss watches. Beginning with TAG/Heuer Formula 1 quartz watches to more expensive automatic watches. This is a treasured "family" and business relationship. Regards,

I had the pleasure to walk into Reeds on Jan. 11, 2017 inquiring about having my 3 wedding rings cut off. The staff was so helpful and always had a smile. It was quite a job using a hand held tool to individually cut each ring. I would like to thank Amber Anderson, Hillary and another young lady whose name I did not get. From the minute I walked in the store until I left about 45 min later the staff was very professional, had a great sense of humour and couldn’t do enough for me. Thank you again for a terrific experience. It was a pleasure meeting you.
